The traditional Roman squid dish, or battered squid, is reinvented with a delicious tempura wrap. Go ahead and prepare some squids in tempura for lunch or dinner today.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g of squid rings
- 200 g of flour
- 1 pre-cooked bread
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic
- 1 lemon
- 2.5 dl of extra virgin olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt

Put in the blender glass the oil, the egg, the garlic and a few drops of lemon. Add salt. Beat slowly until the emulsion occurs. Reserve.

Wash, dry and season the squid. Beat a glass of ice water and wheat flour in a bowl. Put a pan on the fire with 1 dl of olive oil. Smear the squid in the flour and water mixture. Drain lightly and fry them. Remove absorbent paper and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. With a mandolin, cut the bread into long slices. Bake 5 minutes, until golden brown. Mount the dish alternating slices of bread with a tablespoon of garlic mayonnaise, fried squid and a little parsley.
