INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 400 g of cooked snails

- 3 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 chilli pepper
- 100 g of green pepper
- 100 g of red pepper
- 300 g of potatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION:

Prepare all vegetables: peel and chop the onion and garlic clove; wash and chop the tomatoes and chilli; wash the peppers, remove the seeds and chop. Peel and dice the potato and carrots.

Put a casserole on the fire With a little olive oil. Saute the chopped onion and garlic. Add the rest of vegetables; salt and pepper Add 1 dl of water and simmer with the casserole covered for 20 minutes.
