The Aranese pot refers to its geographical origin, is a typical dish of the Aran Valley and is basically a very enriched vegetable soup. It is made with vegetables, legumes, meats and even pasta or rice. If you have spoon dishes, you have to try this spectacular pot.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 200 g of beans
- 200 g of white sausage
- 300 g cabbage
- 200 g of black sausage
- 300 g beef steak
- 1 onion
- 1 pork rib
- 1/4 of chicken
- 100 g of chickpeas
- 1 ham bone
- 200 g of sausage
- 250 g of potatoes
- 200 g of bacon
- 2 carrots
- Salt

Last night, put the beans and chickpeas in cold water separately. Put a pot on the fire with the previously drained beans, the bacon, the jar, the rib, the chicken and the ham bone. Cover with water.

Peel and cut the onion into 4 pieces. Wash the carrots. Add these two ingredients to the pot. When the water boils, add the previously drained chickpeas and salt.

Cook over medium heat 45 minutes. Add the peeled potatoes and the chopped cabbage. Leave another 45 minutes and, 5 minutes before removing from heat, add sausage and sausages. Remove and let stand 20 minutes. Serve the legumes and meats with the sausages cut into pieces separately.
